Hub program: Coordinated Community Supports Partnerships
Mid Shore Behavioral Health is a Partnership Hub through the Maryland Consortium on Coordinated Community Supports program. The program’s purpose is to expand access to comprehensive behavioral health and wraparound services for Maryland students. The program is establishing Community Supports Partnerships (CSPs) throughout the state, each consisting of one Hub and several Spokes. Hubs coordinate service providers, manage grants, and collect/report data, while Spokes are the providers who offer direct services to students and families. This program’s goal is to assist all public school students in receiving the necessary support regardless of income, insurance status, or location.
Needs Assessment
This Mid-Shore Behavioral Health Needs Assessment is a product of Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc.’s (MSBH) role as a Hub Pilot for the Maryland Consortium on Coordinated Community Supports (The Consortium).
