SERVING CAROLINE, DORCHESTER, KENT, QUEEN ANNE’S AND TALBOT COUNTIES
Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. serves as the lead agency for the five-county Continuum of Care (CoC) known as the Mid Shore Roundtable on Homelessness. The Roundtable, under leadership from Mid Shore Behavioral Health, inc., applies yearly for funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide permanent supportive housing for individuals and families who are homeless and have a mental health disability.
FY2023 Mid Shore NOFO CoC Approved Consolidated Application
The Mid-Shore Roundtable on Homelessness has completed and approved the FY2023 Continuum of Care NOFO Consolidated Application. The CoC Collaborative Application and Priority Project Listing can be found below. For this NOFO we submitted a total of 6 project applications (4 renewal applications, 1 CoC planning application, and 1 new bonus application) requesting a total of $840,870.00 in funding to serve homeless individuals and families in the mid-shore.
