Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. (MSBH) is a regional source for provider updates, information, and resources. As the mid-shore’s Core Service Agency, MSBH circulates news about the latest funding opportunities, Behavioral Health Administration and legislative updates, trainings and workshops, and other relevant resources. By delivering support and connection to mid-shore behavioral health providers, MSBH works to promote a rural behavioral healthcare delivery system that is clinically and culturally competent, that is accessible, community-focused, cost-effective, and integrated to serve the community as a whole.


Loan Repayment and Scholarship Programs for Health Care Workforce in Rural and Underserved Communities, US Department of Health and Human Services

FY2022 CoC NOFO Application Submitted The Mid-Shore Roundtable on Homelessness has completed and submitted the FY2022 Continuum of Care NOFO Competition.  The CoC Collaborative Application and Priority Project Listing were both submitted prior to the deadline. The CoC Application and Priority Listing are attached for your review and will be posted on our website as well. For this NOFO we submitted a total of 5 project applications (4 renewal applications and 1 new bonus application) requesting a total of $798,262.00 in funding to serve homeless individuals and families in the mid-shore. If all projects are awarded, $715,601.00 of the funding will provide housing subsidies, $60,487.00 of the funding will go towards the operations of our local homeless management information system (HMIS) and $22,174.00 of the funding will go toward planning and implementing our Coordinated Entry.
FY2022 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity
On August 16th, 2022, the Mid Shore Roundtable on Homelessness made a public announcement of the official opening of HUD’s FY2022 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Competition. This year will be a normal NOFO year which means the NOFO consists of our CoC Consolidated Application and Project Applications. In order for our Project Applications to be reviewed by the Roundtable they must be submitted via ESnaps by Monday, August 29th by COB to allow the Roundtable Executive Committee adequate time to review. Project applicants will be notified no later than Friday, September 16th by COB on the status of their application (whether it has been accepted or rejected by the CoC). The final combined NOFO Application must be submitted in ESnaps by Friday, September 30th at 8:00pm EST. NOFO Competition FY2022 NOFO Approved and Ranked Project Applications
