Controller
Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. (MSBH) is seeking a full-time Controller to oversee and manage its day-to-day financial operations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will ensure the maintenance of accounting records and internal controls in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Key responsibilities include directing internal accounting functions such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, payroll, bank reconciliations, audits, insurance, tax reports, and fixed assets. The role also involves compliance with government reporting requirements, implementing fiscal policies, and supervising finance staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred), CPA certification, seven years of progressive financial accounting experience in a nonprofit setting, and five years of supervisory experience. Willingness to participate in routine monthly meetings exploring anti-racism and application of DEI principles is required.

Hub Liason
Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health & School (Hub) Liaison to pilot a program expanding behavioral health services for mid-shore region public school students and their families. The Liaison will work with four county school systems, coordinating with school leadership and providers, conducting needs assessments, and refining referral processes. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of child development, cultural competence, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with routine travel throughout the region
