Statewide Assisted Living Administrative Specialist
Full-time | Exempt

Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. (MSBH), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Easton, Maryland, is seeking a Statewide Assisted Living Administrative Specialist. The Statewide Assisted Living Administrative Specialist supports Maryland’s Public Behavioral Health System by coordinating administrative, operational, and quality-management functions for the State Hospital Discharge Initiative (SHDI). This position serves as the primary point of contact for SHDI, collaborating with hospital discharge teams, assisted living providers, community partners, and the Statewide Assisted Living Care Coordinator to manage transitions from state hospitals to assisted living placements. The Specialist facilitates individualized aftercare plans, responds to provider inquiries, conducts on-site resident visits, and strengthens communication among partners to ensure smooth and timely transitions. The role also supports provider onboarding, contract preparation, vacancy tracking, financial documentation, and participates in budget monitoring and quarterly reporting to maintain program compliance and fiscal oversight. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple agencies, programs, and jurisdictions.

ramp Program Coordinator
Part-time | Contractual

Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. (MSBH), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Easton, Maryland, is seeking a part-time, contractual RAMP Program Coordinator to support the “Peer Power: Advancing the Workforce” grant through the Maryland Department of Labor’s Rural Advancement of Maryland Peers (RAMP) program. This role is responsible for coordinating training cohorts, assisting peers in obtaining Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification, facilitating training logistics, connecting participants with volunteer and employment opportunities, and reporting program outcomes to the Department of Labor. The RAMP Program Coordinator works closely with program staff, cohort trainers, and the Recovery, Crisis, & Services Supervisor. Candidates should be familiar with the CPRS process, have experience in peer programs or workforce development, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with office technology.

The position averages 25 hours per week, pays $50/hour, and may require occasional evening or weekend work.

Grants Coordinator
full-time | exempt

Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. (MSBH), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Easton, Maryland, is seeking a full-time Grants Coordinator to manage the financial administration of sponsored projects and grants. This role is responsible for preparing and monitoring grant budgets, reconciling expenditures, submitting financial reports and reimbursement requests, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with funder and organizational requirements. The Grants Coordinator works closely with program staff, the finance team, and service providers and should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–5 years of grants or nonprofit finance experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks, grant tracking systems, and Excel.
