The Consortium is targeting projects that address behavioral and mental health issues affecting students in all areas of the State through prevention programs, behavioral health screenings, counseling, addiction treatment, family support, crisis planning and services, telehealth services, support groups, and wraparound services.
Grant applications must be submitted electronically by noon on October 11 2023.
Telehealth Equipment Program Pilot

MSBH is seeking proposals for the Telehealth Equipment Program Pilot for providers offering telehealth services on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. MSBH is responsible for planning and systems management of the Public Behavioral Health Systems for the residents of the mid-shore counties of Maryland.
The deadline for submission of proposals is September 8, 2023 no later than 5:00PM.
Building Healing Systems Learning Collaborative
Request for Expression of Interest
The Building Healing System is a partnership between the Maryland Behavioral Health Administration, University of Maryland School of Medicine, and Bowie State University. The goal is to support Maryland Public Behavioral Health Systems in aligning with best practices in trauma-informed and healing-centered care and culture.
MSBH is looking for behavioral health providers to join the Healthy Systems Learning Collaborative. The collaborative will work together in the adoption of trauma informed policies and practices, and continuous quality improvement.
The deadline for submission of proposals is June 26, 2023 no later than 4:00PM.
