The Maryland Association of Behavioral Health Authorities (MABHA) is the non-profit  organization of Maryland’s Core Service Agencies, Local Addictions Authorities, and Local Behavioral Health Authorities. MABHAs are responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring  public behavioral health services at the county level.
